- Residential building of 21 floors and 394 apartments with six levels of underground parking. Underground parking structure built with diaphragm walls.
- The project also includes a dock for circulation and delivery and a structural terrace above the parking.
- Used an existing diaphragm wall of a project initiated 20 years ago for a new project with different characteristics.
- Total floor area: 442,000 sq ft
