JFK Airport – New Terminal One
Project Description
The New Terminal One (NTO) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is one of the largest airport infrastructure projects in North America. As the centerpiece of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s ambitious airport redevelopment program, the terminal is transforming the international passenger experience through world-class facilities, iconic architecture, and some of the highest service standards in the industry.
Featuring 23 gates, more than 300,000 sq. ft. of retail, dining, and passenger lounge space, and a total footprint of approximately 2.4 million sq. ft., New Terminal One will become JFK’s largest terminal and one of the primary international gateways to the New York metropolitan area and the United States.
