- Residential complex including 3 towers of 13 and 16 storeys housing apartments, a community center, a chapel, an indoor pool and curling rinks
- 3 levels of underground palliate parking
- All buildings were built on piles due to poor soil conditions
Description of services provided
- Design, plans and specifications for construction;
- Site supervision;
- Review of shop drawings.
