Your Role
As a Design Engineer and Project Manager, you will:
- Analyze and design building structures in steel, reinforced concrete, and timber
- Perform structural calculations and prepare clear, concise technical reports
- Develop drawings and specifications in compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, planning, and coordination activities
- Coordinate drawing production with drafters and ensure the quality of project deliverables
- Conduct field surveys of existing structures when required
- Contribute to the optimization of technical solutions and design methodologies
- Progressively take on greater responsibilities in project management and mentoring junior team members

What We’re Looking For
We value potential, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for structural design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Construction Engineering with a structural specialization
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Approximately five years of experience in building structural design (flexible depending on the candidate’s profile)
- Consulting engineering experience in Québec is a significant asset
- Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE
- ASP Construction certification
- Strong engineering judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written (essential)
