Project Description
- 14-storey condominium structure with complex geometry and architectural bracing located on 23rd Street in the West Chelsea Arts District of Manhattan.
- Steel frame of approximately 350 tons with architecturally exposed steel.
Description of services provided
- Fabrication Engineering: Concept and design of all connections for the project.
- Construction Engineering: Development of the erection procedure, methods of assembly and transportation of elements of the steel structure
