PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Cadillac Fairview established its new headquarters in a 47-storey office tower located at the northeast corner of Front and Simcoe Streets, in the heart of downtown Toronto, at 160 Front Street West.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED
- Design of connections and production of fabrication drawings for all structural components, including the load-bearing trusses at the base of the tower within the podium section;
- Design and 3D model-based analysis of the connections for the “Crown” elements at the top of the building;
- Erection assistance.
