Project Description
- Redevelopment of a 3-storey building from the 1940s composed of a mixed structure of masonry, steel and wood.
- Transformation to a new store including removal of load-bearing partitions, installation of an elevator and a lift and support for a new steel frame.

- Pre-project studies;
- Design, plans and specifications for construction;
- Shop drawing review;
- Coordination during construction; multiple interventions due to existing unknown conditions.
