Project Description
- Retirement home complex including two buildings with 9 and 16 storeys respectively, one level of underground parking, an indoor pool and balconies for all units
- Foundations were laid on piles due to geotechnical conditions of the site
Description of services provided
- Coordination and assistance to the project manager for cost estimating;
- Pre-projet studies (Phases I and II);
- Plans and specifications for quotation – structure (Phases I and II);
- Plans and specifications for construction (Phase II);
- Site supervision (Phase II).
