Project Description
- Expansion of the Convention Center with the addition of a new steel exhibition hall composed of steel frames.
- Long span (120 ft) arches and trusses and 100 ft long architecturally exposed pedestrian bridge connecting the existing building and new exhibition hall.
- Complete building covering an area of 1.3M sq ft.
Description of services provided
- Fabrication Engineering: Concept and design of all connections for the project ;
- Construction Engineering: Development of the erection procedure, methods of assembly and transportation of the structural steel assemblies.
