Project Description
- One-floor industrial building with foundations on piles due to poor soil conditions and heavy equipment required by Ingenia
- Area: 62,200 sq ft (49,700 sq ft for plant and 12,500 sq ft for offices)
- Six months after the construction of the first phase, preparation of plans for expansion were provided for a bridge crane 15,000 sq ft
Description of services provided
- Preliminary studies;
- Final plans and specifications for construction;
- Review of shop drawings;
- Assistance and site supervision.
