Le Central (Le Central Urbain) is a residential condominium development located in the heart of Montréal’s Village, at the corner of René‑Lévesque Boulevard East and Amherst Street (now Atateken Street). The 8 storey building features 61 condominium units, along with an underground parking level. Residents also enjoy access to a rooftop pool located on the lower roof. The development encompasses approximately 71,000 sq. ft. of floor area.
