PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- Construction of a new residential building (Building 40) at Manoir de la Vallée in Saint‑Sauveur‑des‑Monts. The three‑storey wood‑frame building includes 32 residential units as well as a reinforced concrete underground parking garage.

- Coordination with design professionals
- Development of concepts and preparation of drawings, including:
• Spread footing foundation plans
• Anchorage plans
• Wood structure framing plans
• Concrete foundation plans
• Bracing plans - Construction phase services, including:
• Review of shop drawings
• Issuance of site instructions - Site inspections
