Project Description
Remodelling and major revisions to the existing structure of the old Simpsons-Sears building for cinemas, IMAX and SIMONS store.
Description of services provided
- Design drawings and specifications for construction;
- Coordination with other trades;
- Coordination and partial supervision on site;
- Checking of shop drawings;
- On-site measuring for required modifications to structure;
- Verification of structural resistance of the structure to accommodate use of demolition equipment;
- Sketches and details, validation of repairs and modifications to the structure.
