PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Vornado’s Pier 94 became Sunset Pier 94 Studios, the first purpose-built studio campus in Manhattan. The 266,000 square-foot project includes six purpose-built soundstages with production control room facilities and 145,000 square feet of production support space and offices.
