TMS prefabricated structures plant in Saint-Henri-de-Lévis

Project Description
A new 2,560 m² manufacturing facility was constructed to support the prefabrication of structural steel components. The building’s structural frame and roof were specifically designed to accommodate equipment such as overhead cranes and jib cranes required for fabrication operations. Synthetic fibre-reinforced concrete floor slabs were engineered to withstand heavy truck traffic throughout the facility.
Description of Services Provided
- Participation in the preliminary design phase;
- Preparation of the building’s structural drawings;
- Connection design;
- Part-time construction review services, including the review of shop drawings during construction.
