Project Description
- 54 storey-skyscraper including 3 structures: the East podium, a 9-storey hotel and office building, the West podium, an 8-storey building for shops and offices and an architectural structure of 6 floors of conoidal shape (reversed ellipse) which includes a canopy and a transluscent roof connecting the two main podiums.
- Height of 250m (820 ft) with 54 floors, the upper 24 floors being luxury condos.
Description of services provided
- Fabrication Engineering: Concept and design of all connections for the project.
- Construction Engineering: Development of the erection procedure, methods of assembly and transportation of the structural steel assemblies.
