PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- As part of the construction of the new Université de Montréal Science Complex, also known as the MIL Campus, steel fabricator Mometal Structures commissioned the DPHV engineering team to carry out a vibrational analysis as well as a structural capacity analysis of the monumental staircase planned for the project (Stair E12‑B).
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED
- Structural modeling of the staircase;
- Vibration analysis;
- Structural capacity analysis;
- Signed and sealed calculations and analyses;
- Review, signing, and sealing of shop drawings and erection drawings for the staircase.
